Criminal Justice
Criminal Justice students are introduced to forensic investigations, as well as the collection of evidence, search for witnesses, and developing and questioning of suspects. Evidence collection, procedures for the use and control of informants, and chain of custody procedures will also be reviewed. Jail training and firearm responsibility is also included.
This course provides the opportunity for college credit for students who meet post-secondary requirements for earning college credit and successfully complete the credit requirements of this course. CPR certification is included in this course. Huntington North High School’s Criminal Justice program is located at the Huntington County Community Learning Center.
