Dual Credit/AP Environmental Science is a course that provides students with the content established by the College Board.
Students enrolled in AP Environmental Science investigates the scientific principles, concepts, and methodologies required to understand the interrelationships of the natural world, to identify and analyze natural and human-made environmental problems, to evaluate the relative risks associated with these problems, and to examine alternative solutions for resolving and/or preventing them. Qualifies as a quantitative reasoning course.
Prerequisites: Algebra I, Biology I, or Chemistry I and Recommended: Earth and Space Science I and/or Earth and Space Science II/Geology
